Whitfield Welcomes Darian Head as Head Boys Basketball Coach

The Whitfield School is pleased to announce the appointment of Darian Head as Head Boys Basketball Coach.

Coach Head brings nearly a decade of high school coaching experience to Whitfield, including head coaching experience at Bishop DuBourg High School, where he led the program to its first district championship in 12 years and was named Class 3 District Coach of the Year. He also spent five seasons at Jennings High School, helping the program earn a third-place finish at the Missouri State Tournament, before most recently serving as an assistant coach at CBC High School.

Throughout his coaching career, Coach Head has focused on developing fundamentally sound players, strengthening basketball IQ, and creating team cultures built on accountability and preparation. His experience spans both varsity and junior varsity programs, with an emphasis on helping student-athletes maximize their potential on and off the court.
