Boys Cross Country Team Wins 2nd at State

The varsity boys cross country team finished second out of 16 teams at the MSHSAA Class 2 Cross Country Championships on November 5, 2022! There were 167 individual runners in the race. 

Individual highlights include:

• Jackson Brungart '23 placed 5th with a season PR of 16:59
• Braeden Calhoun '23 placed 39th with a time of 17:55
• Robby Amarnek '24 placed 43rd with a career PR of 18:05
• Louis Paese '23 placed 52nd with a career PR of 18:17
• Dominic Baiocchi '24 placed 69th with a time of 18:35
• Benjamin Carter '23 placed 84th with a time of 18:49
• Caden Edwards '25 placed 105th with a time of 19:14

In the Class 3 girls race, Juni Asikainen '23 placed 46th out of 161 runners with a career PR time of 21:19.
