District Basketball Tournament Preview

Whitfield’s varsity boys and girls basketball teams will compete in the Class 3, District 5 tournaments on February 22-28, 2020. Whitfield is the host site.

Whitfield’s boys team is the #3 seed and will play #6 seed Valley Park on February 22, at 11:00 AM. The Warriors have key wins over Mater Dei, Pattonville, Lift for Life, and Soldan. The team’s overall record is 7-17 (as of 2/18/20). Click here to view the MSHSAA boys basketball district bracket.

Whitfield’s girls team is the #1 seed and will play #8 Bayless on February 24, at 3:00 PM. The Warriors are 20-4 on the year (as of 2/18/20) and have key wins over Parkway Central, Hazelwood Central, Lutheran North, and Lutheran St. Charles.
