Periodic Table of Black Excellence

For the second year, the Whitfield students came together to hang up the Periodic Table of Black Excellence. The table features famous athletes, artists, politicians, entrepreneurs, musicians, authors, actors, activists, and famous firsts. It also has QR codes that lead to student-generated presentations about each featured person's life, history, and accomplishments. Whitfield hopes to expand the number of QR codes and maybe create portraits based on this mural this February to continue educating about historical figures and present-day people who are making history.
