Three Seniors Nominated for Skippy Keefer Award

Congratulations to Jillian Bhuyan ’20, Audrey Jennings ’20, and Abby Morgan ’20, Whitfield’s 2019-2020 Skippy Keefer Participation & Sportsmanship Award nominees. These three seniors were honored along with the other nominees at a dinner on February 13, 2020 at Westborough Country Club.

The Skippy Keefer Award, named in honor of Skippy Keefer, longtime athletic director at John Burroughs School and one of the founders of the Metro Women's Athletic Association (MWAA), is given annually to a senior female athlete within the MWAA league who exemplifies the qualities of athletic participation and excellence in sportsmanship.

Jillian has participated in volleyball (four years) and soccer (four years). Audrey and Abby have each participated in field hockey (four years) and lacrosse (four years).
