Congratulations to senior Rome Tate, Whitfield’s Upper School Athlete of the Week for December 2–7, 2024!

Rome, a varsity wrestler, delivered a commanding performance at The Old Barn Wrestling Tournament in Indiana, capturing the championship title in the 150-pound weight class. He secured five consecutive wins, each by pin in the first period—a truly dominant display of skill and determination.
