Our admission events are designed to give you and your family a firsthand look at what makes The Whitfield School such a special place. From exploring our campus and meeting members of our community to experiencing the opportunities available to students, we hope you’ll get a true sense of what life at Whitfield is all about.

We invite prospective students to experience a day at Whitfield! Student visits are offered on many days throughout the fall and winter and are scheduled individually.
Visits are from 8:45 - 11:30 AM. Each visitor will be matched with a student host, attend classes, meet teachers, students, and administrators, and enjoy lunch on campus.

Get a firsthand look at the Whitfield experience during one of our 14 parent and caregiver tours offered throughout the fall and winter. You’ll see classes in session, have the opportunity to ask questions, and learn more about Whitfield’s curriculum, community, and culture. Come see what makes Whitfield a special place to learn, grow, and belong.

1:00 - 3:30 PM
Sharpen your athletic skills and experience Whitfield’s state-of-the-art facilities, expert coaches, and talented student-athletes. Our complimentary athletic clinics are designed to enhance your game-play knowledge and help you elevate your performance.
Open to current 5th and 6th grade students wanting to gain more experience, or those just starting out.
October 18, 2026 1:00 - 4:00 PM
This is a chance for the whole family to enjoy an in-depth tour of the campus and to engage with current faculty and students. Tours will run every 15 minutes from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. As space is limited, we ask that you register for a specific time slot and include all members of your party on the booking form. Plan on being on campus for 60-90 minutes to have the full Open House experience. We can't wait for you to experience Whitfield!

An evening that showcases what makes Whitfield’s Upper School unique. Parents, caregivers, and students will take part in three engaging breakout sessions that highlight college counseling, academics, and student life.
Enjoy a light dinner as you connect with our welcoming community, and walk away with a clear sense of the exceptional opportunities and experiences that define Whitfield’s Upper School.

An evening of light refreshments and an opportunity to engage with current Whitfield parents, faculty, staff, administration, and trustees.
Following cocktail hour, parents will then attend a series of informational breakout sessions pre-selected during registration.
