Volleyball - Girls Varsity
Maureen Dube comes to Whitfield with six years of collegiate coaching experience. She was the head women’s volleyball coach at NCAA Division II Assumption College in Worcester, MA for the past three years. Assumption’s record for those years was 21-49 while her team posted over a 3.20 GPA for all six semesters. During her time at Assumption College, Coach Dube coached high-achieving athletes including a Third Team All-Conference player, a recipient of the William Cating Award, and the Assumption career record-holder for hitting percentage. Prior to Assumption, Coach Dube was the graduate assistant coach at her alma mater, NCAA Division I Bryant University for the 2012 season and the assistant coach at NCAA Division II Stonehill College from 2010-2011, during which time the team made their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance.
Coach Dube graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in Kirkwood, MO where she played volleyball all four years while playing club volleyball for St. Louis CYC. For college, she attended Bryant University where she studied Business Administration and Finance. Most recently, Coach Dube earned her MBA from Assumption College.
During her collegiate playing career, she was a four-year starter as a Libero for the Bryant Bulldogs earning accolades such as Conference First Team All-Academic, Third Team All-Conference, Omar Shareef Spirit Award for Bryant, all-time leader in career serve percentage, single season leader for sets and matches played, and has earned spots in the top ten for six statistical categories.
Maureen currently resides in Creve Coeur with her husband, Dave, and their son.
