Benefits of a Team

There are many known benefits to being a part of a team--benefits that serve our students in all parts of their lives.  Participation in team sports allows young people to make lasting friendships, develop communication skills, feel a sense of community, and learn to respect their teammates and coaches.

A Team for Everyone

Our no-cut policy allows all students to explore new athletic activities based on their interest, regardless of prior experience.  As interest in sports grows, we add more teams to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate.

"Playing sports in high school, specifically basketball,  has taught me to be a more vocal person and to be a leader both on and off the court. Sports have also taught me how to deal with, and overcome, adversity which is a skill that can be used every single day."
