Whitfield Competes in WorldQuest Competition

Seniors Andrew Bergantz, Brook Berry, Sophia Chrysler and Lucy Warren represented Whitfield in the 16th Annual Academic WorldQuest competition held at Webster University on November 30, 2017. Whitfield’s team placed 19th out of 28 area schools.

World Quest is a team competition testing high school students’ knowledge and understanding of international affairs. In the competition, four-person teams compete by answering multiple-choice questions divided into seven categories: NAFTA, ASEAN at 50, India’s Bid for Global Power, Combating Climate Change, Saudi Arabia, America’s Diplomats, and Current Events (this year’s categories).
