Throughout the school year, you often hear about the Annual Fund. Many of you may be asking why.
The Annual Fund is the foundation of Whitfield's fundraising efforts, supporting 12% of the school's operating budget. It supports all areas of school life, providing a direct and immediate benefit, and making the Whitfield experience possible for every student who walks through our doors. Gifts made to the Annual Fund are crucial to the life of the school and we ask all families to participate. Can we count on your support?
We've set a goal to raise $500,000 by December 31st, and are 91% to our goal! Please make your pledge today to help us reach our goal and take advantage of 2017 tax savings.
Whitfield's success is the result of the generosity of those who have given in the past, as well as those who give today. We are so fortunate that so many members of the Whitfield community including our parents, alumni, parents of alumni, and grandparents, as well as 100% of our faculty & staff have already given to this year's Annual Fund!
To make a gift or pledge, visit www.whitfieldschool.org/giving. Payment of a pledge can be made at any time before June 30, 2018.
As the Annual Fund bridges the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Whitfield education, parents often ask for the amount of the gap. That gap is approximately $3,000 per student. We ask all families to make Whitfield a philanthropic priority, supporting Annual Fund at any level that is meaningful to them.
