Varsity Athlete of the Week

The Varsity Athlete of the Week for May 20, 2019 is Greg Eickhoff ’19, a senior on the varsity baseball team. Greg has been a varsity baseball player for the last four seasons. In that time, he has been an incredible teammate, and always one of the hardest workers on the team. To cap off his senior season, Greg hit a game winning walk off double near the base of the outfield wall in extra innings to secure Whitfield's first district title in over 10 years! The ride isn't over yet though, as Greg and the rest of the team play in the Sectional game on May 20th at Whitfield at 4:30 PM.
