Virtual Bookstore

The Whitfield Virtual Bookstore for the 2019-2020 school year officially opened on Monday, July 1. You may access the store at

When you access the website, you will have the option to Shop by Schedule or Shop by Course. By selecting the Shop by Schedule option, you will see only the books required for the specific courses that your student is taking in 2019-2020 (rather than all of the possible courses offered at that grade level). To use the Shop by Schedule option, you will see a box under "Shop by Schedule Ordering" where you can enter your Student ID. This student ID is your student's first name and last name, all lower case and no spaces (i.e. Jonathan Smith would be jonathansmith). If the courses listed in Shop by Schedule do not match what you believe to be your student's current course list. Questions about a course listing or schedule? Contact Principal Ruth Greathouse, 314-363-3927 or

If you are having problems ordering with Shop by Schedule or just wish to order by viewing all of the books available at a specific grade level, you may do so by selecting "Shop by Course." You may view all of the courses for the 2019-2020 school year for your student by accessing the Course Request tab in your Warrior Web account.

Please note that MBS will be offering free shipping on all orders greater than $99 placed between July 8 and July 14 (at midnight), so please consider ordering your textbooks early. Remember that it could take several days for your books to arrive, so we strongly encourage you to place your order by August 4 in order to allow enough time for shipping prior to the beginning of school. Please store your user id and password when placing your order. This will allow you to retain any guaranteed buyback pricing and loyalty credits if you choose to sell your books back to MBS next spring.

We have a select number of textbooks that have been donated back to the school and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Director of Admission Emily Chrysler ( or Admission Coordinator Lisa Trout ( if interested in a list of available books.

Questions about ordering textbooks? Contact Assistant Director of Business & Facilities Rob Kampen, or 314-415-1260.
