Athletic Game Email & Text Alerts


  • Select the team to receive alerts.


  • Click on the  button


  • If not already logged in, sign into your Whitfield School account using your Whitfield email and password.  Your email address should already be in the system.


  • To add your mobile phone on which you want to receive text message alerts, click on the button


  • Click on   and add your phone number and carrier.


  • Then click and click on . If you do not recieve a verification code, please contact your cellular provider.


  • Enter the code that was texted to you and select the button


  • Your cell number should now be listed as


  • Under the ATHLETIC ALERTS tab in the CURRENT SUBSCRIPTIONS box, select the team link, and in the ALERTS SETTINGS section, check how you would like the alert sent: Email, Phone or you may check them both.


  • Once your subscription account has been updated with your phone and/or email, just select each team you would like to receive updates on. Manage each one by checking either email or phone alerts for each team.
